  Awarded to the Lincoln business that best amplifies innovation, direction and excellent customer service. This company incorporates values into their business and has a commitment to Lincoln. They should be a model for other businesses to emulate and have 10 or less employees. (Employees can be seasonal, however MUST be full or part time and not contractors)

• Business of the Year (Medium): 11 - 29 Employees

  Awarded to the Lincoln business that best amplifies innovation, direction and excellent customer service. This company incorporates values into their business and has a commitment to Lincoln. They should be a model for other businesses to emulate and have 11-29 employees. (Employees can be seasonal, however MUST be full or part time and not contractors)

• Business of the Year - (Large) 30+ Employees

  Awarded to the Lincoln business that best amplifies innovation, direction and excellent customer service. This company incorporates values into their business and has a commitment to Lincoln. They should be a model for other businesses to emulate and have 30 or more employees. (Employees may be seasonal, but they must be full or part time employees, not contractors)

• Non-Profit of the Year

  The Non-Profit of the Year Award acknowledges and celebrates Non-Profit entities that have displayed outstanding best practices, along with a significant positive impact on our community.

• The Power of One Award

  This award recognizes an individual who successfully operated their own business independently in 2024, without any permanent employees. Demonstrating full control over the direction and decisions of their enterprise, they relied solely on their own skills, expertise, and resources to thrive. This entrepreneur exemplified vision, innovation, resilience, and leadership, achieving measurable business success while practicing good corporate citizenship and contributing meaningfully to their community. 

• Agri-Business of the Year

  This award recognizes excellence in the Agriculture and Agri-business sector.

  The recipient is an Agriculture or Agri-business focused business that consistently demonstrates

  achievement in the area of their business focus

• Community Partner of the Year

  The Community Impact Award honors businesses that make a significant and lasting impression on their local communities. This accolade celebrates companies that extend beyond their primary functions to cultivate well-being, growth, and unity within the community. Organizations that demonstrate active engagement with local entities, initiating or contributing to projects that lead to tangible improvements are eligible for this award.

• inspiHER Business of the Year

  The Business Woman of the Year Award is meant to recognize and award the determination and success of a woman entrepreneur who made it in the stringent business world. Judges are looking for a female entrepreneur who has demonstrated how she has successfully overcome challenges to build a robust and thriving company.

• Niagara Benchlands Tourism Award of Excellence

  The award recognizes a business that has exhibited growth and success while contributing significantly to the allure of the Town of Lincoln as a tourist destination. Specifically, the business demonstrates that its tourism outreach and hospitality activities/initiatives have resulted in an increase in the number of visitors to the Town of Lincoln and tourist spending in our community and Niagara Region. 

• Young Professional of the Year

  This award recognizes a local professional under the age of 40, who consistently demonstrates excellence in their occupation and/or has tackled the ever increasing challenges of entrepreneurship. 

• Chamber Member of the Year

  Awarded to an outstanding member who exemplifies the spirit of connection and community. This individual is a natural networker, a welcoming presence at every event, and a true connector of people and businesses. Through their enthusiasm, support, and active involvement, they help strengthen relationships, spark collaboration, and contribute to the continued growth of our Chamber and local economy.
